TENANT-IN-COMMON OWNERSHIP

Tenant-In-Common (TIC) ownership is an innovative approach to real esate investing that has grown into a multi billion dollar industry. TIC ownership is an investment in a large, institutional grade property by multiple, individual owners. Each investor receives a deed at closing for their undivided fractional interest in the property and have the same rights as a single owner.

Astute investors understand the importance of diversification through real estate. Our TIC programs provide actual ownership of the asset and all the associated tax benefits. Investors defer capital gains tax and eliminate active property management while still reaping the tax benefits of depreciation.

In its initial years, the TIC industry experienced exponential growth. Now, it has stabalized into steady and sustainable growth, indicating the industry will reach greater production levels and will continue to be highly sought after as a real estate investment vehicle.
