The purpose of our Development Funds is to realize gain through the acquisition, development, construction, operation and sale of commercial properties. The Funds are managed and financed by the principals of ACG, who have developed and built 79 projects consisting of approximately 11 Million square feet. ACG has a 100% development completion rate since inception.
